1) By subscribing to any one of our Creator Communities, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
2) You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions found on the ZOOP website at https://zoop.com/terms-and-conditions/.
3) Users from the following countries will not be permitted to open accounts or execute transactions on the ZOOP Platform: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Crimea (Ukraine), Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Donetsk (Ukraine), Eritrea, Ethiopia, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq, Kherson (Ukraine), Lebanon, Libya, Luhansk (Ukraine), Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of), Yemen, Zaporizhzhia (Ukraine), and Zimbabwe.
4) You agree to treat everyone with respect. ZOOP will not tolerate any harassment, witch hunting, intentional disrespect, personal attacks, sexism, racism, or hate speech. We reserve the right to remove people from the server at our absolute discretion.
5) You can only post in the Communities that you have subscribed to and been approved to join.
6) There will be no NSFW or obscene content. This includes text, images or links featuring nudity, sex, hard violence or other graphically disturbing content.
7) Please be mindful of your username when interacting in the communities. Your username has to be appropriate and not too similar to a role name or creator name, or be inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit. Additionally, you hereby expressly permit us to identify you by your username as the contributor of your content.
8) Please always treat others with respect. Do not misuse tags, spread FUD or misinformation. Do not gossip, spread rumors or create fear, uncertainty or doubt (FUD) within the communities. If you have concerns and constructive criticism, please email us at support@zoop.com.
9) When posting, please also ensure that there are no spam or self-promotion posts (server invites, advertisements etc) without permission from ZOOP. All posts are subject to review and can be removed at any time at ZOOP’s discretion for violation of the Terms and Conditions or the Community Guidelines. This also extends to both public messages and comments on the feed, as well as any direct messaging within the Communities. All posts are subject to review and can be removed at any time at ZOOP’s sole discretion for violation of the Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines. While ZOOP reserves the right to moderate and remove content, it does not imply an obligation to proactively monitor or screen all content.
10) You acknowledge that all content shall be the sole responsibility of the party from whom such content originated. ZOOP has no obligation to proactively monitor user or Creator content, but retains the right and absolute discretion to review, moderate or remove content as necessary. ZOOP does not have any control or responsibility over the content that is made available by the Creators in their respective Communities, as well as the conduct and content of other users on the ZOOP platform. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that you own or have the necessary rights or permissions for any content you post, upload, or share in any ZOOP Community. You agree to maintain all necessary records and documentation related to your content, such as original files, licenses, permissions, or consents, and to promptly provide these records to ZOOP upon request. All users of the platform are subject to the Terms and Conditions and the Community Guidelines, and can be suspended for violation of the terms and/or guidelines.
11) You agree and acknowledge that any rewards or perks that are provided by the Creator(s) in their Communities remain at the discretion of each respective Creator. ZOOP does not have control or responsibility over the rewards or perks that are made available by the Creators in their respective communities. Any disputes, issues or complaints regarding rewards or perks provided by Creators must be resolved directly between the Creator and their respective communities. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that ZOOP bears no responsibility or liability for the fulfillment, resolution, or outcomes of such disputes.
12) You agree and acknowledge that ZOOP reserves the right to modify, amend or change any of the terms that are stated in these Community Guidelines at any time and in our sole discretion. Any such changes or modifications to the Community Guidelines will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revision(s) made on the platform, and you waive any right you may have to receive notice of such revision(s) made. Your continued use of our platform and app following the posting of these revision(s) will confirm your acceptance of these revision(s).
