Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is ii Corporation, a Cayman Islands company (company number 368693), operator of the Zoop platform (“Zoop” or the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion period

The Competition opens on the date of its public announcement on the Zoop platform and closes at 23:59 GMT on [27 October 2026]. The winners will be announced on or around [28 October 2026]. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

The Eurovision Song Contest Asia Grand Final is currently scheduled for [November 2026]. If that date changes, the Promoter may adjust the dates of the Competition and of the prize trip accordingly, and will announce any change on the Zoop platform.

3. Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals who:

  • are aged 18 or over at the time of entry;
  • are legally resident in a country where participation in the Competition is permitted by applicable law;
  • hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond the return travel date; and
  • have a registered Zoop account in good standing.

The Competition is not open to residents of mainland China, North Korea, or any other country or territory subject to comprehensive international sanctions.

Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Promoter, of Voxovation and of the organisers of the Eurovision Song Contest Asia, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to enter.

The minimum age for a Zoop account is 16, but this Competition is open only to participants who are 18 or over. The Promoter verifies age at the point of entry and removes entries from participants under 18 without considering them.

The Competition is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to enter

To enter:

  • download the Zoop application and register an account;
  • access the Eurovision Song Contest Asia competition; and
  • submit Eurovision-inspired content or answer the in-app prompt question.

No purchase is necessary. No purchase, payment or subscription of any kind improves a participant’s prospects of being selected. One entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or made through automated means will be disqualified.

5. Winner selection

[Two (2)] winners will be selected by a panel appointed by the Promoter, on the basis of the originality and creativity of the entry. Entries are judged on merit and no element of chance is involved in the selection.

The panel’s decision is final. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory right a participant may have. The name and country of residence of each winner will be made available on request to support@zoop.com for six weeks after the announcement.

6. Prize

Each winner receives:

  • return flights for two (2) people from the winner’s home country to Bangkok, Thailand;
  • hotel accommodation in Bangkok for two (2) people for the duration of the trip; and
  • two (2) tickets to the Eurovision Song Contest Asia Grand Final in Bangkok.

The class of travel, hotel category, duration of stay, and other prize details will be determined by the Promoter, and the travel and accommodation are booked by the Promoter or its travel provider. The prize does not include anything not expressly listed above. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with one of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require.

7. Notification and claim

Each winner will be notified by Zoop in-app direct message and by email within 72 hours of selection. The winner must accept the prize and provide all information reasonably required by the Promoter (including a copy of a valid passport) within fourteen (14) days of notification, failing which the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.

8. Travel and winner responsibilities

The winner is solely responsible for:

  • obtaining and paying for any visa, vaccination, or other travel documents required for entry into Thailand;
  • obtaining and maintaining adequate travel insurance for the duration of the trip;
  • complying with all applicable laws and travel requirements during the trip; and
  • any taxes, duties or other charges arising from receipt or use of the prize.

The Promoter accepts no liability for any cost, delay or loss arising from the winner’s failure to comply with the above.

9. Entry licence and publicity

By entering, the participant grants the Promoter a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to host, reproduce, edit, distribute, publicly perform, and display their entry on the Zoop platform and in connection with the promotion of the Competition and the Zoop platform. The licence runs for as long as the entry remains on the platform and for two (2) years after the close of the Competition.

The winner agrees that the Promoter may capture, record, photograph and publish content of their experience in Bangkok and may use their name, image, voice and likeness in connection with the Competition and the Zoop platform, without further compensation, for two (2) years from the date of the Grand Final.

Consenting to receive marketing communications from the Promoter is optional and is not a condition of entry.

10. Disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify any entry or entrant who:

  • breaches these Terms;
  • submits content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate;
  • engages in fraudulent or manipulative behaviour, including the use of bots or fake accounts; or
  • acts in a manner that brings, or could reasonably be expected to bring, the Promoter or the Eurovision Song Contest Asia into disrepute.

11. Liability and force majeure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with the Competition or the prize, save for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, and fraud). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of the participant’s country of residence.

The Promoter is not liable for any cancellation, postponement, or change to the Eurovision Song Contest Asia Grand Final, or to any travel or accommodation arrangement, caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, illness, pandemic, government action, terrorism, war, or transport disruption.

12. Data protection

The Promoter is the controller of personal data submitted in connection with the Competition. The data is processed in accordance with Zoop’s Privacy and Cookies Policy, available at https://zoop.com/privacy-and-cookies-policy/.

The Promoter uses the data to administer the Competition and to select the winners, to contact the winners, to fulfil the prize, and to meet its legal obligations. The lawful basis is the performance of these Terms and the Promoter’s legitimate interest in running and promoting the Competition; marketing communications are sent only with consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

The Promoter is not established in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Under Article 27 of the GDPR it has appointed European Data Protection Office (EDPO), Avenue Huart Hamoir 71, 1030 Brussels, Belgium, as its representative in the European Union, contactable through https://edpo.com/gdpr-data-request/. Under Article 27 of the UK GDPR it has appointed EDPO UK
Ltd, Unit 33, Waterside, Schooner Court, 44-48 Wharf Road, London N1 7UX, United Kingdom, as its representative in the United Kingdom, contactable through https://edpo.com/uk-gdpr-data- request/. Participants in those territories may contact either representative on any matter relating to the processing of their personal data.

This clause supplements the Privacy and Cookies Policy and, for participants in Asia-Pacific, the Addendum to that Policy, and describes the processing carried out specifically for this Competition. The Promoter processes: the entry itself and any content submitted with it, to run and judge the Competition; the participant’s account and contact details, to communicate about the Competition; and, for winners only, a copy of the passport and the travel and accommodation details of the winner and their companion, to make and document the arrangements. Providing this information is necessary to take part and to receive the prize, and the Competition cannot be run without it.

Entry data is retained for the duration of the Competition and for twelve (12) months afterwards, and winner records for as long as required by law. Data may be transferred outside the participant’s country under the safeguards required by applicable law. Participants may request access to, correction or erasure of their data, may object to processing and may withdraw consent, by writing to DPO@zoop.com, and may complain to their local supervisory authority.

13. Relationship with the Eurovision Song Contest Asia

This Competition is a Zoop platform initiative. It is not an audition, talent contest, or selection process for the Eurovision Song Contest Asia or any National Selection Show. Participation in or winning the Competition does not entitle any participant to perform at, or be selected for, the Eurovision Song Contest Asia in any capacity beyond the prize described in clause 6.

Entering this Competition is separate from voting in the Eurovision Song Contest Asia. The Competition is run by the Promoter, which is the controller of the personal data described in clause 12. Voting is operated by Voxovation through the official voting service, under its own terms and privacy notice, and the Promoter is not the controller of that data.

“Eurovision Song Contest Asia” and related names and marks are used under licence and belong to Voxovation or its licensors.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.

Where the participant enters as a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of their country of residence. Such a participant may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence, and the Promoter will bring proceedings against them only in those courts.

15. General

The Promoter may amend these Terms, or suspend or cancel the Competition, only where reasonably necessary and for a valid reason, with notice given via the Zoop platform; a participant who does not accept the change may withdraw their entry. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
