Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is ii Corporation, a Cayman Islands company (company number 368693), operator of the Zoop platform (“Zoop” or the “Promoter”).
2. Promotion period
The Competition opens on 3 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 (Central European Summer Time) on 12 May 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.
One (1) winner will be selected following the close of the Promotion Period in respect of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 Grand Final held in Vienna, Austria (the “Show”). Selection and notification of the winner will take place at least seventy-two (72) hours before the Show, to allow time for travel arrangements to be made.
3. Eligibility
The Competition is open to individuals who:
- are aged 18 or over at the time of entry;
- are legally resident in a country where participation in the Competition is permitted by applicable law;
- hold a valid ID document accepted for entry into Austria and the Schengen Area at the time of the Show; and
- have a registered Zoop account in good standing.
The Competition is not open to residents of mainland China, North Korea, or any other country or territory subject to comprehensive international sanctions.
Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Promoter, the European Broadcasting Union, the host broadcaster of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026, and their respective immediate family or household members, are not eligible to enter.
The Competition is void where prohibited by law.
4. How to enter
To enter the Competition, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period:
- download the Zoop application and register an account in good standing;
- follow the official @eurovision channel within the Zoop platform;
- create and submit an original Eurovision-inspired entry (or answer the in-app prompt question) through the “Enter Challenge” function on the @eurovision channel; and
- invite at least five (5) other individuals to the Zoop platform using the participant’s unique referral link, each of whom must register a Zoop account in good standing before the close of the Promotion Period. Only sign-ups completed and validated through the participant’s referral link in the Promoter’s records will count toward this requirement.
Participants are invited (but are not required) to tag, in their entry, the person they would like to bring as their guest if selected as the winner; any such tag is illustrative only and the guest must be formally identified by the winner on claim of the prize in accordance with clause 7.
Entries submitted through any other means — including, without limitation, direct messages, comments, email, postal mail, or any third-party platform or channel — will not be valid and will not be considered, regardless of merit.
By clicking “Enter Challenge” and submitting an entry, the participant confirms acceptance of
these Terms and Conditions and grants the Promoter the licence set out in Clause 9 (Entry licence and publicity).
No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per participant will be considered; in the event of multiple submissions from the same participant, only the first valid entry will be eligible. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or made through automated means (including bots, scripts or fake accounts) will be disqualified.
5. Winner selection
One (1) winner will be selected by a panel appointed by the Promoter (the “Zoop activation team”). Selection will be based on the originality and creativity of the entry, taken from among entries that satisfy all eligibility and entry requirements (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the referral requirement in clause 4). The panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the selected entrant is unable to accept the prize, fails to respond within the timeframe set out in clause 7, or is found to have breached these Terms, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
6. Prize
There is one (1) prize, comprising:
- return economy-class flights for two (2) persons (the winner and one guest) between an international airport reasonably proximate to the winner’s country of legal residence and Vienna, Austria;
- three (3) nights’ twin or double-occupancy hotel accommodation in Vienna for two (2) persons, on a room-only basis, at a hotel selected by the Promoter; and
- two (2) tickets to the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 Grand Final in Vienna.
The travel dates, airline, departure airport, hotel, ticket category, and other prize details will be determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion. Tickets will be issued in accordance with the venue’s ticketing terms and any access requirements imposed by the host broadcaster or venue.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with one of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require.
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include meals, ground transfers, gratuities, in-room charges, mini-bar, telephone, laundry, or any other costs or items not expressly listed above; all such costs are the sole responsibility of the winner (see clause 8).
7. Notification and claim
The winner will be notified by Zoop in-app direct message and by email at the address registered to their Zoop account, within twenty-four (24) hours of selection, and in any event no less than seventy-two (72) hours before the Show.
The winner must accept the prize and provide all information reasonably required by the Promoter — including, without limitation, a copy of a valid passport, the full legal name and date of birth of their nominated guest, a copy of the guest’s valid passport, and contact details for the guest — within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, failing which the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.
The nominated guest must, at the time of travel, be aged 18 or over, hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond May 2026, and be legally entitled to travel to Austria and the Schengen Area. The guest must, prior to travel, sign a participant release in the form reasonably required by the Promoter.
Given the timeframes involved, entrants are advised to monitor their Zoop in-app messages and registered email account during the Promotion Period and the days immediately preceding the Show.
8. Travel and winner responsibilities
The winner is solely responsible for:
- meals, ground transfers (including airport transfers), incidental and personal expenses, gratuities, in-room charges, and any cost not expressly included in clause 6;
- obtaining and paying for any visa, vaccination, or other travel documents required for entry into Austria and the wider Schengen Area, both for the winner and the guest;
- obtaining and maintaining adequate travel and medical insurance for the winner and the guest, for the duration of the trip;
- complying with all applicable laws and the venue’s rules and conditions of entry;
- ensuring that the guest complies with all applicable laws and venue rules; and
- any taxes, duties, withholding obligations, or other charges arising from receipt or use of the prize.
The Promoter accepts no liability for any cost, delay or loss arising from the winner’s or the
guest’s failure to comply with the above, nor for any inability of the winner or the guest to travel
to or attend the Show for any reason, including (without limitation) failure to obtain a visa,
missed flight connections, or denial of boarding.
9. Entry licence and publicity
By entering, the participant grants the Promoter a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to host, reproduce, edit, distribute, publicly perform, and display their entry on the Zoop platform and in connection with the promotion of the Competition and the Zoop platform.
The winner and the guest agree that the Promoter may capture, record, photograph and publish content of their experience in Vienna and may use their name, image, voice and likeness in connection with the Competition and the Zoop platform, without further compensation, for a period of twelve (12) months following the Show.
10. Disqualification
The Promoter may disqualify any entry or entrant who:
- breaches these Terms;
- submits content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate;
- engages in fraudulent or manipulative behaviour, including the use of bots, fake accounts, or self-referral via secondary accounts to satisfy the requirement in clause 4; or
- acts in a manner that brings, or could reasonably be expected to bring, the Promoter or the Eurovision Song Contest into disrepute.
11. Liability and force majeure
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant, winner or guest in connection with the Competition or the prize, save for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, and fraud).
The Promoter is not liable for any cancellation, postponement, or change to the Show, or to any
travel or accommodation arrangement, caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, illness, pandemic, government action, terrorism, war, or transport disruption
12. Data protection
Personal data submitted in connection with the Competition will be processed in accordance with Zoop’s Privacy and Cookies Policy, available at https://zoop.com/privacy-and-cookies-policy/, and, where applicable, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The Promoter will use the data to administer the Competition, to verify referrals, to contact the winner and the guest, to fulfil the prize, and — where the entrant has consented or where another lawful basis applies — for promotional purposes.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter does not require entrants to submit any personal data of the individuals they refer; referrals operate via the participant’s unique referral link, and any personal data of referred individuals is provided directly by those individuals when they register a Zoop account.
13. Relationship with the Eurovision Song Contest
This Competition is a Zoop platform initiative. It is not an audition, talent contest, or selection process for the Eurovision Song Contest or any National Selection Show. Participation in or winning the Competition does not entitle any participant to perform at, or be selected for, the Eurovision Song Contest in any capacity beyond the prize described in clause 6.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights the entrant may have in their country of residence.
15. General
The Promoter may amend these Terms or suspend or cancel the Competition where reasonably necessary, with notice given via the Zoop platform. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Competition is separate from, and operates under different terms to, the parallel “Zoop #WinVienna Competition” (three-winners / tickets-only).
